āŒ Cancellation & Refund Policy – 

1. Customer-initiated cancellations

  • Customers must contact Goatrepreneurll.com directly to cancel orders, services, or classes. Klarna (or other payment providers) cannot cancel on behalf of the merchant (Klarna).

  • Once we confirm cancellation, Klarna will automatically cancel or adjust the payment plan, refunding any amounts paid up to that point (Klarna, Klarna).

2. Refund processing timeline

  • Refunds are initiated by us once a cancellation or return is confirmed.

  • Klarna generally processes refunds within up to 14 business days, depending on the financial institution (Klarna).

  • Partial or full refunds are handled as follows:

    • If the refund is less than the remaining Klarna balance, the outstanding amount is recalculated across the remaining payment plan.

    • If the refund exceeds the remaining balance, the surplus is credited back to the customer’s original payment method (Klarna, Klarna).

3. Refunds involving classes or appointments

For cancellations of services or class enrollments:

  • Customer must submit cancellation notice per our standard policy thresholds (e.g. 24 hr for appointments, 72 hr for classes).

  • Upon confirmation of cancellation, we notify Klarna and initiate a refund.

  • Klarna then adjusts or cancels outstanding payments and processes the refund as described above.

4. Returns of products purchased separately

  • Must follow our return instructions policy.

  • Customers should provide return tracking evidence if returning by mail.

  • Once the return is confirmed as received or accepted, we notify Klarna to issue a refund.

  • Klarna may pause payments during the dispute/return process, typically up to 21 days under Buyer Protection guidelines (Klarna, Klarna).

  • If the merchant does not process the return in time, Klarna may step in to escalate the claim using provided evidence (Klarna, Klarna).

5. No-shows or late cancellations

  • If a customer cancels late (less than 24 hr for services or less than 72 hr for classes) or misses an appointment entirely, we reserve the right to issue a partial no‑show fee (up to 50% of cost).

  • Klarna refunds will be restricted accordingly—only the balance minus any applicable fee.

6. Customer dispute rights

  • If the customer does not receive a refund within 14 days of cancellation confirmation, they may contact Klarna's customer support with proof of cancellation confirmation (Klarna, Klarna).

  • Klarna will investigate disputes, pause payment requirements during investigation, and eventually issue credits or refund adjustments in line with CFPB buy‑now‑pay‑later protections (AP News).
